Proper hand washing technique
1. Wet hands with running water.
2. Apply sufficient soap.
3. Wash all surfaces of the fingers and hands up to the wrists thoroughly, rubbing hands for at least 20 seconds.
4. Rinse hands thoroughly.
5. Dry thoroughly with paper towels.
